The plugin

The MAQNEXA plugin works offline. It sends no data from your computer to us or to anyone else.

This website

maqnexa.com is hosted by Cloudflare. To deliver and protect the site, Cloudflare processes technical data such as IP addresses. We use Cloudflare Web Analytics to count visits; it uses no cookies and does not follow you across other sites. This site sets no advertising or tracking cookies.

Emails

When you write to us, we receive your email address and your message, and we use them only to answer you.

Orders

Purchases are processed by our reseller Paddle.com, the Merchant of Record for our orders. Paddle handles your payment details under its own privacy policy; we never see your card number. The buy page loads Paddle's checkout script to show the payment form.

For each order we receive your name, your email address, your country and the Machine ID you enter. The Machine ID is a code computed from your computer's hardware; we use it only to create your license file.

How long we keep data

We keep order records for as long as accounting law requires, and emails for as long as we need them to support you.

Sharing

We do not sell your data. We share it only with the services needed to run MAQNEXA: hosting (Cloudflare), email and payments (Paddle).

Your rights

You can ask for a copy of your data, or ask us to correct or delete it, by writing to support@maqnexa.com. If you live in the European Union or the United Kingdom, you can also complain to your data protection authority.
